INTRODUCING
'FLOW WELL - BE WELL'
What if your period has been trying to tell you something, and just one week a month could change everything? For many women, cycle problems like exhaustion, heaviness, mood swings, and pain aren't just problems. They're a message. And the message is this: slowing down has become impossible. But why? Your worth may feel tied to your output. Rest may feel like laziness. Or stillness may not feel safe in your body, so constant motion becomes the default. Over time, your body gets worn down, and your cycle becomes the loudest voice in the room.
Flow Well - Be Well helps you understand why slowing down has felt so hard, and gives you a real way through. Drawing on traditional Chinese medicine wisdom and modern science, it teaches you when to push forward and when to pull back. It gives you simple, powerful tools to regulate your nervous system so your body feels safe enough to rest and heal. When you come home to yourself, your cycle stops being a problem and becomes a guide. This book is for every woman tired of running on empty. Your body isn't broken. You just need to learn to listen.

About the Author
Robyn Llewellyn
Robyn Llewellyn believes your period isn't a problem to be managed. It's a monthly guide to your overall health and wellbeing. A holistic kinesiologist trained in traditional Chinese and mind-body medicine, Robyn specialises in helping women understand the deeper reasons why slowing down feels so hard. Her work is built on one universal truth: healing always begins with finding safety in the body. For many women, without nervous system support, slowing down remains out of reach.
These insights are drawn from three distinct worlds: a 20-year corporate career, including as marketing director for a leading period care brand; over a decade of study in wellness and healing; and doing both of these while raising three young kids.In her healing space, she rejects the idea that women simply need to "do less" or "manage stress" to heal, offering practical, sustainable solutions that show women healing doesn't have to be complicated.
When she's not juggling life, work, and deep-breathing through the 'mum's taxi run', Robyn practises what she preaches by slowing down, baking sourdough, and walking her two border collies, preferably barefoot on grass. She lives in Sydney with her husband and three children.
